Pure chiffon khaddi handloom banarsi saree
Description
Fabric Masterpiece: Crafted from Pure Chiffon Khaddi, a luxurious, high-end handloom fabric known for its sheer texture, characteristic crinkled feel, and lightweight, effortless drape.
Vibrant Canvas: The saree features a striking and lively magenta pink base color that brings out a brilliant contrast against the metallic weaving.
🎨 Design & Weaving Intricacies
Bandhani Simulation: The body is meticulously woven into a geometric Bandhani pattern, simulating traditional tie-dye grids with interlocking diamond and square frames.
Meenakari Craftsmanship: Infused with classic Meenakari work, where fine colored threads in shades of subtle orange, olive green, and purple are intricately woven directly into the zari motifs to give them an enamel-like pop of color.
Body Motifs: Alternating circular and textured geometric butis sit elegantly inside each woven grid across the main body.
🌸 Border & Pallu (Anchal) Details
The Border: A clean, elegant Banarasi border featuring continuous floral arches (scallop/shrine style), accented with central orange and purple Meenakari floral blooms.
The Pallu (Anchal): A stunningly dense, heavy zari pallu completely filled with an intricate floral jaal (creeper network) and delicate leaf patterns, meticulously detailed with multi-colored Meenakari dots throughout.

Each saree is woven on traditional handlooms by master craftsmen in Varanasi. The intricate zari work is crafted using fine gold and silver threads, a technique passed down through generations of Banarasi weavers.
- Pure silk warp and weft
- Real zari (gold/silver thread)
- Kadwa or Katan weaving technique
- 6–8 weeks crafting time per piece
Care Instructions
To preserve the beauty of your Banarasi silk saree:
- Dry clean only — never machine wash
- Store wrapped in a muslin cloth, away from direct sunlight
- Avoid prolonged contact with water or perfume
- Re-fold along different lines every few months to prevent crease damage
- Air in shade once a season
