At Chiffon Banaras, every saree is carefully inspected and packaged before dispatch. We take pride in offering authentic Banarasi sarees crafted with exceptional attention to detail.

Returns

Due to the delicate and handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, color expectations, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

We only accept return requests if:

• The product received is damaged during transit
• The product received is defective
• The wrong product has been delivered

Any return request must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Return Request Process

To request a return, please contact us with:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

Our team will review the request and respond within 2 to 5 business days.

Unboxing Video Requirement

To help us verify claims related to damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products, customers must record a clear, uninterrupted video while opening the package.

The video should begin before the outer packaging is opened and clearly show the package, shipping label, and the condition of the product received.

Return, replacement, or refund requests relating to damage, defects, missing items, or incorrect products may not be approved if a valid unboxing video is not provided.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Customized or altered products
• Products that have been worn, used, washed, or damaged after delivery
• Products returned without original packaging and tags
